1. When we have received your booking we will instantly send you a confirmation email.
2. It is the responsibility of the client to inform My-Prague-Apartments.com if they do not receive a confirmation email. Please contact: info@suricata.cz
3. Within 24 hours we will confirm the apartment's availability and send you an accommodation voucher. All successful apartment bookings result in an voucher issued by My-Prague-Apartments.com.
4. Your credit card details are used to guarantee your booking. No monies will be deducted from your account at the booking stage. You will pay the landlord in full when you check in to your apartment. You may choose to settle your account with another credit card, providing the credit card type is acceptable to the landlord.
5. After the booking has been made the landlord will normally carry out a pre-authorisation check using your card details to check that funds are available and the card is valid. If there is a problem with your card, the landlord will notify My-Prague-Apartments.com, and then we will contact you to ask for details of a different credit card. If this is not possible, My-Prague-Apartments.com will cancel your reservation and notify you of the cancellation by email.
6. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by clicking at the cancel link you will find in your confirmation email. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from the credit card.
   
   

   Bookings for 1 - 3 nights
   Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
   Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
   No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
   
   

   Bookings for 4 - 7 nights
   Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
   Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
   No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)
   
   

   Bookings for more than 7 nights
   Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
   Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
   No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge
   
   

   Bookings for 1 month and more
   Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
   Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
   Cancellation 5 to 0 days before the arrival: 14 nights charge
   
   Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies
   
   Especially for shorter bookings (1 - 5 nights) or in absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.
   
   

   Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy.If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.

7. All apartment bookings made at My-Prague-Apartments.com are issued with a Booking Reference Number, you will receive this in your confirmation email. This is your reference number with My-Prague-Apartments.com, please use this reference in all communications with My-Prague-Apartments.com. If you lose this number, you can contact us at info@suricata.cz.
8. My-Prague-Apartments.com sells apartment accommodation from an inventory supplied by each landlord, and does not over-sell that inventory. My-Prague-Apartments.com does not accept any liability for unavailability of apartments caused by the landlord's over-selling their own apartment inventory.
9. You must be at least 18 years of age to book apartments on My-Prague-Apartments.com
