This apartment has perfect location: in the heart of Prague, just between the historical and romantic Old Town and exciting New Town.

Maximum within 3 minutes you can reach by foot the famous Wenceslas square, the big boulevar with many different restaurants, bars, coffee places, casinos, shops or on the other hand in maximum 5 minutes by walking there is the unique Old Town square with Apostolic clocktower and another historical sightseeings.

On the end of the Nekazanka street there is the NA PRIKOPE street with the best boutiques and shopping galleries where you can find also very good restaurants, clubs and cinemas.

In case you would like to explore the other site of the river, the tram stop is 50 meters from the apartment and tram no. 9 can take you to the Lesser Town within few minutes.

This very safe apartment is placed on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. On the ground floor of this building, there is Paneria coffee shop, which is open every day and sells delicious cakes, muffins, croissants, rich coffee etc., so it is the perfect place to have a breakfast or cheap and quick afternoon snack.

2 separate bedrooms + 1 big living room + 1 separate kitchen + 1 bathroom + 1 toilette.

One bedrroom has 1 x double bed + there is wooden maisonette with another double bed. The other bedroom has also a big double bed.

In the living room besides the sofa and chairs there is a pull out sofa, comfortable for 2 persons.

The total capacity of this apartment is 8 persons + 1 extra bed is possible on request.

In the bathroom there bath with a standing shower, the toilette is separated.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the utilities needed for preparing your food.
