Living in this area, so close to the Old Town but without the high prices of the major tourist streets, is very attractive for travelsers and residents alike. All the apartments in this Residence have been recently renovated and all the historic features have been preserved and stylishly mixed with an ultramodern interior design.
This 5-storey house is situated in a quiet,one-way street,close to Namesti Miru Square and to the city centre. There is no elevator in the house, however, we can carry your luggage all the way up.
You can park your car in the street or in a garage for CZK 300/day.
The studio is on the 5th.floor,sleeps 2-4 persons (depending on if you use the hide-a bed), has a large balcony and kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
