The building has a lift. The terrace 8 m2 with a view of the Prague Castle is accessible directly from the apartement and has enough sunlight.
The apartment is equipped with air-condition, LCD TV-set with dual sattelite, induction cooker and hood. Nice bathroom with big shower bath and mirror wall.
There are dozens of different restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and night-clubs within walking distance. Supermarket Billa is located 50 m far from the apartment. A metro stop Florenc - line "B" and "C", a tram stop and a bus stop are only 50 m far from the apartment. Two railway stations Hlavni nadrazi and Masarykovo nadrazi) and a domestic bus stop Florenc are very close.
The apartment is situated on a small quiet street where you can park free of charge. You can also park for free in all of the streets in the neighbourhood, but this parking is not supervised.
The apartment is located in the city centre around 1,3 km from the Old Town Square (Staromestske namesti). It takes about 5 min. to the beginning of the Old Town. As this apartmennt is located near the tourist centre of Prague, it´s possible to reach many historical places on foot.
Apartment is connected through terrace with apartment Za Poričskou branou.
